Within Armour Home , Alphason Designs are the UK Market leader in the Design , Manufacture and Supply of AV and SOHO furniture working with all the UK’s major retailers within this sector.

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Sales Director Alphason are experienced National Account Manager looking for a challenge and the opportunity to make a name for themselves in a rapidly expanding company.As the market leader in the UK market for AV and SOHO furniture, Alphason are looking to recruit a sales driven and results oriented account manager to drive their international expansion.

  • With several international initiatives underway, the individual must be able to demonstrate the capability to co-ordinate and develop an International Plan. Experience of dealing with international retailers, while not essential, would be of considerable use.
  • Demonstrable experience in market development, contract negotiations & partnership development & management.
  • Strong business sense, with the ability to quantitatively analyse business models, ROI’s etc.
  • Proven track record of completing tasks on time, on budget & on quality.

Language capability would be useful. However, the most important factor is an individual who can find the opportunity, develop and maintain as a sustainable revenue stream. The ability to make decisions quickly and effectively and motivate people to support and work with you in achieving these goals is essential.

This role is key to the future success of the business & will have a far-reaching impact on the way that the company presents itself & its products to the customer base. This role will operate on two distinct levels: strategic (business planning & business development strategy) & “hands-on” in actual strategy implementation.

The role will be based at Head Office in Wigan, however UK/overseas travel is an essential requirement. However we can be flexible on base location.
